Hi, fellow LLM enjoyers
I love AI and LLMs especially, that's why my business is going that way.
I am building a tool for salespeople to automate RFQ data processing. The company is named Syncra, check it out in your free time - https://syncra.com.pl
What AI/LLM based apps are you building right now?

Don't try to sell in the first email, try to ask about the problems offer some temporary solutions and then only say that you have a tool which can fix them.
What "rules" do you stick to when you do cold emailing/outreaching?

Do you use any LLM API on production?
I have experience from one company with using Google Gemini API in production tools for clients. It was doing well, but I am wondering if there is something more value for money.
Do you use any other LLM APIs in your products?

I love your advice given here! I would add - to explore AI in day to day workflows, try it and don't be scared.
Whatâs one piece of advice for someone new to AI in 2025?

I do not think that most products are AI-based. What I think is that most companies like to add the word AI to their product page, so they look trendy and investors like it.
Most companies try to add some smaller AI features to their products, but being AI-based is a whole different story.
Whats your take one that?

I have asked AI what is wrong and why customers will not buy after presenting such a solution in such a way. Then chatGPT changes from chill guy to the best content tester, recommend to everyone.
Whatâs one unconventional way youâve used AI to solve a marketing challenge?

I cannot see the world in the near future where we go back to maximalist logos and designs :)
Will gradients and minimalism remain dominant in graphic design trends for 2025?

Conversion from the content to the website to the checkout. After all, it is all about bringing in buyers, so I want to look at the journey from the content to money.
Whatâs your favorite KPI to track when measuring content performance, and why?

Currently, I think there is another interesting market appearing (I am working on it). It is about the production usage of AI. I mean - taking ready models or even LLMs and building a use case around them.

Sounds nice!
Can you dive a little deeper into what sources of data could such a tool use?
Because it is one of the cases (I think) where AI cannot be just a black box.
What if AI could handpick the perfect products for your store?

I think we should start treating LLM chatbots more like conversational insanely patient humans, rather than Q&A machines.
If you go deeper into dialogue with them they can spark some ideas in the same way that conversation with other humans does.
How do you see AI transforming the way we explore new knowledge?

I am now on my second startup and there is one thing everyone tells you, but I think is harder to implement than it sounds.
It is gathering feedback, and gathering good feedback.
It is all focused on understanding whose feedback is the most valuable and getting to those people. Knowing that your partners or family opinion about your product is not really enough ;)
What advice do you wish you had received before starting your journey?

I live in Poland (Europe), and here, we have a mix of WhatsApp and Messenger. But I know that in other European countries, WhatsApp is king. Maybe in US the iPhone is too popular, so people focus on iMessage only.
As to what I think about WhatsApp, it is simple and lets you add people via phone number, so no account is needed. Communicator as others for me.
What's your relationship with WhatsApp?

I would love to try this but I think link is not working for me - I get 404 error. Let me know when you fix it and I will do my best to give you feedback.

Depends where do you place the content. But in most cases I focus on Google Analytics and the organic visitors, that come through that content. i do not focus on views or likes so much.
How do you measure success when experimenting with new content formats?

When even tho users sign up, they do not use the product. Than you just had good marketing but they do not use the product so they do not like it.
whatâs something that could instantly make you say âthis is a bad idea'?

I hope it will be real production usage and cost optimisation. People will learn how to use AI reliably and will start thinking how to lower the costs of ex. the API.
Whatâs one big AI trend you think will define 2025?

Mostly via rethinking the way of prompting, but not the length of the prompts - as it could decrease quality. I do it by lowering the number of prompts. If example my program used 12*n*n prompts and now it uses 12*n it is a greater improvement in most cases than just shortening the prompt.
