I typically start by gathering feedback through surveys and direct customer interviews, Deluar. Then, I analyze the data to identify recurring themes that point to their challenges and needs.

I dive deep into customer feedback across various channels and look for patterns in their experiences to identify pain points. Then, I prioritize these issues based on their impact and frequency to ensure we address the most critical ones first.

Surveys. Blatantly ask them. "what is pains or struggles have you experienced with...this problem, other solutions, etc." "what do you think would help you solve it" "have your tried this? did it work?" "have you tried other products/competitors? what was the result? what did you like or not like?"

@mdeluar7 Email survey, website surveys, and social media surveys. You can possibly run an SMS survey as well, but there are a couple rules and regulations surrounding SMS that you need to be aware of. The more personalized the message & strength of relationship = higher chance of survey completion.
