If you have a robust project planning and management tool at hand, completing tasks and all project activities becomes an easy thing. My team prefer to use GanttPRO (https://ganttpro.com/) software with its handy Gantt charts that help in scheduling and planning work without a headache. Try it and improve your task management.

Task management is a real pleasure for my team and me, as we use GanttPRO (https://ganttpro.com/) - a robust planner and task manager based on a Gantt chart. The software includes features for breaking down projects in an efficient manner into subtasks, sibling tasks, and subprojects, as well as setting dependencies and milestones. To get more visibility, users can choose between the Gantt chart, Board views, and task dashboards. You can integrate your projects with Jira, Google Drive, Slack, and other applications.

I use WhatsApp to track my tasks and delete messages once done. I realised that since it's the most frequently visited app for me, my to-do list can just exist here, and I can communicate delays to relevant parties from the same app :)
