Depends on my time – I usually moderate discussions but only those polite.
Other types are not worth of my time.

Speak with self-confidence, do not rely or dependent on other people's arguments/opinions in your favor or against you, and keep your ears open.
Learn to sit in the discomfort! I remind myself that rushing to fill it might derail the conversation.
I've found that staying calm and taking a pause before reacting is key.

I’ve noticed that workplace conversations can sometimes be challenging, especially when someone focuses solely on expressing their own thoughts and feelings without being a good listener. In such situations, it’s important to stay calm, clarify the key points and objectives of the discussion, and ensure mutual understanding. Also, building respect and trust during conversations is equally crucial for fostering effective communication.

Honestly, I just kinda stumble through it. Like, I try to say what I need to, but I’m probably overthinking everything the whole time. It’s super awkward, but I figure as long as I’m honest, it’s okay... I hope? 😅
I've learned that sometimes it helps to give myself a moment to breathe before responding, especially when things get heated.
When I have tough conversations, I stay calm and focus on listening. I make sure to let the other person speak and try to understand how they feel. I try to speak kindly and avoid blaming anyone.
