Understand terminology and technology, visualize the end result, find a team of experts in your business, delegate tasks to them and trust them to execute.

Make sure you have a co-founder or someone with solid technical knowledge to help you build your startup!

If you are not a technical specialist at all, then do not bother yourself acquisition of technical skills .. just concentrate on UI/UX The ability and vision to make a plan of how the application will look and work is much more important than its execution since it is only a matter of time for any development team to complete the technical implementation

Ghulam, focus on honing your idea and market research while partnering with a skilled technical co-founder or hiring freelance developers who can bring your vision to life. Also, don't underestimate the power of learning some tech basics yourself—it can go a long way in managing your team and product effectively.

The formula is to find a partner in areas where you are weak. If this field is technology, it would be appropriate to find a technology co-founder

This is the most common solution, and for good reason. A technical co-founder can handle the development of your product, while you focus on other aspects of the business, such as marketing, sales, and fundraising.

Focus on your strengths and collaborate with a tech-savvy co-founder or hire skilled developers to bring your vision to life.
