How to Maintain Post-Launch Growth of a B2C Mobile App?

I recently built and launched my first mobile app, Jellypod (https://jellypod.ai), and saw a massive spike in downloads right after it was launched. Still haven't done a Product Hunt launch yet ;)
It was due to self-promotion and other pre-launch marketing efforts on Instagram and other social media. But I'm wondering how to best compound on marketing efforts as the app slowly gains more traction and users.
So far, we've seen about 15% week-over-week growth, although the actual numbers are pretty small, so I assume this data doesn't mean much yet.
If you've launched a B2C app before, how would you best increase awareness in these early stages to fit product-market fit and organic growth? SEO? Paid Advertising? etc.?
As a first-time solo entrepreneur, I'm not sure where to best focus my marketing efforts.
