What are your hints and rules for great sales conversations?
Mine are below 👇
💡 My hints for you 💡
1️⃣ It’s always about the customer
2️⃣ Decision-making is a combination of emotional and rational
3️⃣ Talk about benefits
for example with Kickscale:
- Product = platform and marketplace for sales playbooks
- Advantage/Feature = team knows how to do sales and follows a structure
- Benefit = your company will thrive and your company will increase revenue by more than +20% because your sellers will perform better

1️⃣ Appreciate your customer
❷ Show recognition and acknowledgement
⒊ Show trust
4️⃣ Be always objective
⑤ Never interrupt a customer when they are talking
⓺ Avoid educational advice, don’t be a teacher
𝟕 Show empathy in every sales conversation
⑻ What can you do for your customer? How can you help?
9️⃣ Your language is important.
🔟 Don’t mention hard, expensive, … and similar words.
