What approach do you take to provide feedback within your team?

My name is Vio, and I am the co-founder of a mental health app designed to help individuals navigate challenges in their personal and professional lives. Our app offers self-therapy journeys crafted by top psychologists, each with unique expertise in addressing specific issues. We are a team of 7 at the moment and what I am looking for is to find the best solution for giving feedback to each other. Can you share how you do that in your team? (much appreciated)

Mostly, it is in a meeting or sitting with the member individually.

@viorica_vanica A formal documented one. Nop! But a process that is internal and known to everyone, yes!

Much of it involves allowing everyone to express their feedback (even the silent co-workers); whether in 1:1 meetings or anonymous surveys. These could be provided in terms of workflows, quality of work of others; and improvement suggestions on how to handle certain tasks
