I'm working on a case study for my content subscription business (launching soon: https://www.producthunt.com/products/content-oyster) where a release notes optimization strategy I created led to 2x in user conversions for a client, and I remember Airbnb being a source of inspiration.
Airbnb's product releases stand out to me because the content is conversational, clear, to the point, and tells you what you can expect now. It's also my first time seeing a CEO doing video for new releases and think that's a great star for other brands to reach for.
Do you have any examples of great, user-friendly writing? How do you keep users top of mind when creating content for your products? Share your best examples or tips below!

A few of my reference points. I like genuine content. Like, it should feel like a person talking.

Thanks for sharing, @romiojoseph. These are great. I have to do a deep dive into Tally; nice content their culture looks cool, too.
And that’s a brilliant feat from Arc. It’s not common to have user-centric legal pages; those areas are often forgotten.
I think you can find many examples on Coursera website, they have a great content design!
