It’s relatively easy to acquire a skill, but changing the personality is not easy at all. So I'm for the second option.

I couldn't see the two options on the website but between
Option 1) Managing a highly skilled team with conflicting personality traits
Option 2) Managing a very moderately skilled team with better cohesion
I would go with 2. I also hope that the team cohesion would motivate them :)
I believe hardwork beats talent!
