This product does a good job at what it does but with the launch of the new version it's priced itself out as an option in my opinion. It's prior version did essentially the same without the bells and whistles. The addition of the bells and whistles doesn't justify the current price point.

Real-time monitoring and responding is becoming more and more important with such a fast pace online world we live in today. Having tried and tested relevant competitors to BrandMentions I can honestly say that the quality of data BrandMentions provide is better.
