I use Candor for async check-ins and shoutouts every week. It makes it easy to connect with my team on a work and personal level and recognize each other's work.
Amazing update! Love the self-take feature, would be so curious to see these for my coworkers and bosses (better understanding their self-diagnosed strengths and weaknesses would help me work better with them)
