Voiceflow is very beginner friendly, and it is capable of growing with your needs. When I first started using Voiceflow, I was new to AI and new to automation. I started off with their templates and watched their instructionals (super easy to implement), and learned a lot about the principles of automation (e.g., through javascript code blocks and API call blocks) to the point where I started discovering new automation oppotunities in my workflows.

NEVER use your credit card on the website, they will keep charging you even you cancelled the subscriptions, waited refund process for one month and still no update. And it charged me one more time yesterday even I emailed them a few times.
