All in all, it's pretty good, but, using it is way too complicated for the average joe. The learning curve is just too steep, you know? It's just not accessible enough for most folks. They really gotta simplify the interface and make it easier to use, otherwise I think a lot of people will get frustrated and give up on it quickly. Has potential but needs some more polish for sure.
They slowly keep removing features from their free plan until it becomes unusable, thus forcing the users to upgrade. If they were confident in their product, they would increase or keep the same amount of features on their free plan while adding more to their paid plans.
Voiceflow is very beginner friendly, and it is capable of growing with your needs. When I first started using Voiceflow, I was new to AI and new to automation. I started off with their templates and watched their instructionals (super easy to implement), and learned a lot about the principles of automation (e.g., through javascript code blocks and API call blocks) to the point where I started discovering new automation oppotunities in my workflows.
