Funnel Easy alternatives

I've used Creately in 2017 for the diagramming purposes. I came back to the application last year to find out that the product has evolved to cater for a bigger and a much needed work environment. The goals and the objectives of the product have aligned in order to keep up with the rapidly evolving work culture and to better deliver for the more prominent requirements. I really love how customizable everything is. I can start building using the platform as the base and the support system. The newly added data driven notes panel is every multiple-app-user's dream, since everything stays in sync. I can't wait for the upcoming integrations so that I can fully move all of my work to Creately.

Very basic. I uploaded a CSV data set (not large, approximately 200 rows), and for more than 30 minutes the site just kept "indexing" it. Nothing else happened, I couldn't stop and restart, or upload a different set. Logged out and logged back in, and the data set was there. Charts take too long to generate. The user interface is extremely poor. As it stands, there is no reason why someone would use this over Excel. Sent a support email and after 4 days still haven't received a response.
