There's some good things about it but they also broke some stuff with GA4 that they have yet to fix - looking at the data collection you get for free, there could also have been more thought put into the specific tagged params you could get for free.
It would be awesome if it did more visualization like some paid competitor services where you could more easily see and understand data like onboarding funnel % progression from one screen to another. Right now you have to decipher the data in tables and then manually translate it to your own designs to make sense of it which takes extra time but whatever, like everyone says this is free.
