We're actually a competitor (I'm the founder of Algomo), but I want to recognise Moveo's approach and attention to detail.
It's good to see another Greek startup tackling the problem of customer service, whilst using in-house ML way before the rise of the VectorDB+GPT.
They are a mature product, that provides a lot of flexibility and it's pretty powerful for those that want to go beyond the basic FAQbots.
I wish you the best, keep going, I hope both of our companies will dominate the customer service AI !
