Being tied to innovation and expansion of new products internationally, I know how hard is to find the right partners to open a new market. We are so often limited to people "we know", which often is just someone who once met someone, or someone we worked with in the past, so we limit ourselves to having knowledge of the person rather than the best possible fit. Your solution enhances this process.
