I'm not sure if your question is trying to test each person's knowledge about yoga (how many times we should do), or if it's more in terms of a personal habit. Since I don't know the question to the first one, I'll respond to the second one.
I try to do yoga every morning, usually about 10 minutes a day. However usually I do about 3-4 times a week since sometimes I run out of time in the...

Honestly I'd do exactly what I'm doing and planning on doing. 1) Business, and 2) Coaching, either spiritual or emotional (not related to business). I genuinely believe that someone who makes money without passion will never be successful as someone who's passionate and dedicated. I'd go as far as to say that even people who dream of becoming actors (which is incredibly difficult because of the...

Best ways to acquire customers quickly?
So far, other than Product Hunt, we're also planning on getting on Instagram Influencers. However, I'm wondering if there are other ways to potentially find a large following?
As funny as it sounds but our main goal right now isn't to get sales, as much as it is about seeing the market's reaction and get feedback. So the quicker we'll be able to find customers, the quicker we'll be able to...

Any schedule/time management tools?
Hey guys,
I noticed that lately I've been extra stressed and unorganized.
Does anyone know any good, free tools that help with schedule and organizing work?
Thanks!

Who are some mentors that helped you get where you are today?
I've ran into so many in the past year, that I'm genuinely curious!

I LOVE cooking, man. But my problem is that I want to eat healthy and it takes time to start looking for recipes. I do use Pinterest or Youtube videos of I have any specific ideas in mind. What made you buy those cool tools?
What cooking related tools have you picked up since quarantine started?

Some of the best habits are probably habits that are related to health, spirituality and time management.
I usually form a habit once I realize there's a certain problem that I want to get rid of.
I got to listen to a stress-related lecture on a meditation app, where they had this habit forming expert talk about what is the best way to form habits. Ever since then I've been using his...

I follow the Miracle Morning routine (book).
1. Meditation
2. Affirmations
3. Visualization
4. Reading something new
5. Yoga
6. Journaling
Each takes about 5-10 mins. The whole point is to have a productive, quiet morning before starting to work. This is because the way you feel in the morning is how you're going to feel for the rest of your day.
My days aren't always quiet, but they sure...

From the research that I've done in the past, and with the countless amount of emails I get every day I'll try to summarize a few great points:
1. Who you are - this is about positioning. What kind of brand do you have? do people care? does your brand make people feel something, or at least be slightly curious to see what you have to tell them?
Most people (and it's based on research) first...

I'd imagine anyone has a different experience, but for me in the beginning there was a time where I didn't know enough so I listened to all those mentors and motivation videos that kept saying "work harder! don't have fun until you're successful!" which can totally ruin mental health if you don't know how to balance what they're saying.
In that time I worked every day all day, barely had time...

You find a brand you haven't heard of and you read their product description, what would you rather?
I have 2 copywriting pieces and I'm supposed to choose 1 for the product page. Trying to figure out what can get more people to buy..
Can you also explain why you'd prefer one over the other? Kinda conflicted!

There's this mentor called Dan Lok, I don't know if you've heard of him. He's mostly into high ticket sales so he knows how to deal with clients well. He once said in a video that even if you ask someone "would you buy this?" it's useless. Someone who's truly excited and would want to buy your product wouldn't just say yes, they should get so excited that they should just "shove money to you"...
Do you also ask potential clients "would you buy it if you have it"?

Hey Sam!
So right now I'm studying this topic too myself. I've been studying many brands for a while, and personally I feel like Frank Body (coffee scrub brand) had a good approach.
In an interview 2 of the founders explained how they wanted to get more people to use their product on a daily basis (turn it into a habit), so they created a challenge and opened a FB group. Customers joined the...

I think that it's a matter of branding here. I'm assuming that the people who are using this marketplace have some patterns, certain shared values or points of view on the world. You don't market to everybody, but to your target market.
So make sure the people using your marketplace know what makes them unique. What kind of people use it? Do they believe everybody can be rich and it's all a...

Yes, because I haven't built huge businesses yet, I felt like the safest route was to be my own customer.
In terms of marketing perspective, it gives you a huge benefit because you can dive deep into your own desires from the product and understand the deep, vulnerable psychology that no one would tell you if you asked.
I think that the idea of going for what YOU think is right and not what...

Personally I still don't consider myself a pro, so I don't know what are the popular ways to validate new ideas.
For me it's based off intuition, what's trending on the market (predictions) and asking family/friends and watching their level of excitement
How do you guys validate new ideas?

I'm addicted to challenges (by itself) and to video games, so that's an easy yes.
I've also found that there's a direct link to people who enjoy video games the most and people who are introverts/ people who are scared to live life to the fullest even though they want to/ people who are in business.
Sometimes all 3 🤓
*I recently read an article how playing video games helps founders with...

Product Hunt VS Regular Launch
Hey guys!
I'm new here and still trying to figure out what's the benefit of launching on Product Hunt and not just approach micro influencers with free product and ask for a review. What are your thoughts? What's the benefit of PH?
