What tools have been essential in helping you scale Bolt at this pace?

Bolt is amazing. If nothing changed, it would still be a huge achievement. But with $100M raised and going up against Lovable, Replit and the AI IDEs, you must have a really cool vision for where all of this goes that's unique to Bolt. I'm old school in that I still use @Adobe Photoshop . But for anything new where I need a logo quick and easy I generally use@Brandmark . For day to day designing, I'm mostly in @Balsamiq Cloud which is then handed off to a real graphics person to make it pretty in Figma.

Yapz being free is certainly a plus but I'm with you, it's weird that they don't show you the transcript. Does Claude 3.5 and 3.7 also perform poorly here? Anecdotally it seems like more people use Claude for code than 4o. It's the default in Cursor/Windsurf/Supermaven as far as I know.
