Obviously a bit biased, but we use Leapsome every day internally. Personally love the collaborative agenda for meetings. Makes it really easy to know what are the important talking points and what were the takeaways from the last meeting.

I use Leapsome on a daily basis. The features that empower me the most in my role as Co-CEO are:
1) Preparing & running very effective 1:1 and team meetings (I also add talking points on my phone regularly across the week, so I don't forget anything I want to cover in a meeting).
2) Maintaining focus on the most important levers to grow the business with the OKR functionality.
3) Working with the survey data (AI functionality to identify the action items and sentiment of comments) to build a better company and environment for everyone to succeed.
