Good question, it made me think! One strategy that works for learning languages for me is the following: we created a whatsapp group with 5 friends that currently learn a language on Duolingo and every day we send there printscreens with our streak. Every time I get an update - it reminds me to do my Doulingo class. The goal is to be consistent and reach 500 days streak.

I use @rize_io to track my focus time, working hours and websites! Totally in love with it! I strive for a 30% focus time every day!

Personally, I need some time to stay with my disappointment. So, I give myself few hours or few days to feel whatever comes. It's uncomfortable, but deep down, I know it's temporary and I always find a way to come back to my mojo!

At Selftalk, we posted a loom video on Linkedin explaining the science behind what we do and from there we converted our first B2B client! Initially, we could only leverage the trust from our close network, so we asked our Linkedin friends for intros!

Not sure if it's unusual but this is the habit: I set my morning alarm one hour earlier so I can stay in bed with my eyes closed and contemplate on different ideas. Most creative ideas come at this time! I totally love this habit!
